Padded mailers and boxes are recycled and recyclable.
Void fill:
     *Kraft paper that is recycled and recyclable
     *Starch peanuts that are fully biodegradable in water and non toxic
     *Shredded paper (we shred our scrap paper from around the office)

We will pack your order the best way we can but if you have a preference on void fill please include a note with your order and we will get it done your way!
    

USPS is experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability, which means domestic delivery may take up to 3 weeks. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.

UPS is currently not guaranteeing delivery times for expedited services. If an order is not delivered when expected we will not refund the shipping cost. 

Shipping prices are calculated by the carrier based on weight and delivery location.

Orders are typically shipped in 1-2 business days. UPS orders placed by 12:00pm CST will be shipped the same day.  Orders placed after the cutoff will be sent the following business day at the latest. UPS orders are always processed first, orders shipping USPS are processed in the order they were received, regardless of First Class or Priority service. Our shipping hours are 8:00am - 3:00pm CST Monday-Friday. 

We will be closed for all major US holidays.

USPS shipping times are ESTIMATES only.  The US Postal Service does not guarantee any delivery times.  We will not refund USPS Priority shipping costs if your package is delayed.  If you need your package within a certain time frame, please choose UPS for shipping.  The map below shows UPS Ground shipping time.  Ground is not guaranteed, but is more reliable than USPS.  2nd Day and Next Day Air are guaranteed services.

We will not address any issues of missing packages after 2 weeks from the last tracking update.  We will not consider a package to be lost until 10 days have passed with no tracking updates.  

US:

USPS 1st Class delivery takes 2-9 business days.

USPS Priority takes 1-5 business days.

UPS services do not include weekend delivery.  

*UPS Next Day Air is NOT an "overnite" service as they do not deliver on weekends.  Depending on the time you place your order, it may not ship until the following day and the next business day after that it will be delivered.  Please plan accordingly.
