Is everything in your store vegan/organic/cruelty-free/zero waste?

Yes everything we carry is cruelty-free. Some products are certified vegan or organic and those details will be listed in the product description. If it is not clearly indicated on the product page that it is not vegan or organic. We do our best to minimize waste but not everything we carry is zero waste. We do list the packaging details so you will know if your item will come with plastic so you can choose what is right for you.

When will I get my order?

Orders are shipped in the order they are received. We typically get orders shipped out by the next business day. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping service selected but usually you can expect to receive your order in 2-10 business days.

 

I just realized I made a mistake with my order, what should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible to make a correction before your order is shipped. After an order leaves our store there is nothing we can do correct an address. We can be reached by email support@omahahomestead.com, by phone at 402-932-6932, or through chat on the site. Our customer service hours are 8:00am-4:00pm CST Monday-Friday.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! You can purchase them here. Gift cards do not expire and are delivered electronically.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of use of personal goods, we cannot accept returns on open or used items. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please let us know within 30 days and we will offer you a full refund or a replacement.
